Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3–5 working days. During busy periods or for bespoke commissions, processing times may be longer — we'll always keep you informed.

UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery is via Royal Mail or a tracked courier service and typically takes 3–7 working days from dispatch. Larger original paintings and framed works may be sent via specialist art courier and delivery times will be confirmed at the time of order.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 working days. Import duties and taxes may apply in your country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Original Paintings & Large Works

Original paintings and large-scale works are carefully packaged and shipped via specialist art courier to ensure they arrive safely. Delivery costs for these items will be quoted individually at the time of purchase.

Prints & Jigsaws

Prints, jigsaws and smaller collectables are sent rolled or flat-packed in protective packaging via tracked post.

Commissions

Private and corporate art commissions are delivered by arrangement once the work is complete. Delivery method and costs will be discussed and agreed as part of the commission process.

Tracking

Where possible, all orders are sent with tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at jim.wheat@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll do our best to resolve it swiftly.
