Art does break through boundaries and collaborating with the team at Dubai based Art Media has done exactly that during the last couple of years, giving me access into arenas I’d never normally had entered and here’s how :-
It’s been 7 years since I visited Russia on the way to climb Europes highest Mountain, Mount Elbrus. I well remember the Hermitage Museum, Winter Palace and also how ignorant I was towards Russian Culture, the rich history and the size of the place! The irony was the final climb to the top of Elbrus was abandoned due to extreme weather conditions and I always said I’ll return one day as the mountain will always be there.
The team at Art Media have no boundaries, make things happen and are waking me up to Russian culture with such a rich history, strong traditions and influential arts, especially when it comes to literature, philosophy, classical music, ballet, architecture, painting, cinema and animation.
Art, afterall should break boundaries, right?
